*****For any water shutoff  needs, please call Wells first. Quality and California Plumbing have keys to the water closets and no other vendors should be accessing without due notice, to shut off water. 

*******QUALITY PLUMBING IS THE HOA VETTED AND APPROVED PLUMBER FOR ALL HOA JOBS. 

*******CALIFORNIA PLUMBING HAS ALSO BEEN VETTED AND CAN BE REQUESTED FOR PLUMBING WITHIN YOUR HOME. 

WE DO NOT HAVE ON-SITE MAINTENANCE - Thumbtack,Angie's List and Craigslist are suggested.  Reimbursement will not be entertained. 

Planting during Winter months is not recommended. All plantings should be discussed with Michele Alexander, as the liaison between VF Community and Landscape USA. Be aware that all plants must meet drought tolerance threshold. 

We may not have daily updates, but owners will be apprised as situation develops.  Please be patient. It is a process. 

Also, remember to be kind as your fellow community members and Board members are also affected by this situation.  They are not only working hard to provide services and feedback to all of us, but, have also been made homeless by this situation. We are all working together to rectify this situation. 

**Please pick up after your dogs in the dog run and around the community. It is not fair that others have to clean up after your dogs.  Owners and renters can and will be held responsible. Violations can result in Fines. 

**No car washing in the Community...Soapy Joes is located nearby on Friars Road. 

**No smoking in Common areas, which includes balconies and patios, which interferes with your neighbors quiet enjoyment.
